Release of Fort Trumbull RFP

May 10, 2011 2:40 AM - The NLDC has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for interested developers. The Fort Trumbull development parcels available include Parcel 1 (hotel/conference), Parcel 3C (commercial), Parcel 4A (mixed use - non residential) and Parcel 5C-1/2 (commercial).

Proposals and / or statements of interest are due by June 10, 2011 for this round.

The NLDC web site describes the parcels in the section on Development Opportunities. Interested developers should review this information, and obtain a copy of the RFP and parcel map via e-mail contact to NLDC Fort Trumbull Development consultant John Brooks at jbrooks@nldc.org.
